At Jasminum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and secure.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
